Daytime shifts are for 4 hours each with a mimimum of 4 sessions required.
Overnight postpartum support is designed to optimize sleep for parents by tending to baby during wakeful times. Quiet household chores can also be done as time permits.
A minimum of 6 hours per shift is required.
A postpartum wellness visit is a single session where we use the time to discuss your birth story, check in on your physical and mental well being, see how your baby's feeding journey/lactation is going, and make a plan to ensure your needs are being met. This also an ideal time to ask questions relating to infant behavior or go over any concerns. Wellness sessions can be done virtually or in person.
